lmi.co.id is the online presence of PT. Lamonte Mode Internasional, a leading manufacturer and supplier in the fashion retail industry, specializing in children’s clothing. The company has over 13 years of experience and serves over 1,500 business partners each month. The brief for the design was to create a professional and modern website that would:
Highlight LMI’s long-standing expertise in the fashion retail industry.
Showcase their product offerings, including a variety of children’s clothing, and their wholesale service.
Make the company’s business values clear to potential clients and partners, with a focus on trust and reliability.

The First Step
Before starting the design, I took the following steps:
Understanding the Brand and Market: I thoroughly researched PT. Lamonte Mode Internasional, focusing on their brand values, target audience (wholesale buyers and fashion industry professionals), and their market position in the children’s clothing sector.
Stakeholder Meetings: I held discussions with the company’s leadership team to understand their vision and the main features they wanted to showcase on the website. This helped clarify business goals, like improving B2B partnerships and showcasing their products in a professional manner.
Competitor Analysis: I reviewed competitors’ websites to understand industry standards and identify opportunities for differentiation in terms of design and functionality.
Wireframing and Initial Layout: I created wireframes for the main pages, ensuring a clean, simple layout that would highlight their offerings and encourage ease of navigation.
Content Planning: I worked with the content team to organize information on the company’s services, including product categories, business excellence, and success stories.
