The Brief and The Goal:
The goal of this project was to redesign the landing page of PT. Dibuiltadi Teknologi Kreatif, a software house that offers innovative solutions in custom software development, mobile app development, enterprise integration, and UI/UX design. This redesign was part of a technical test challenge by the company, where I was tasked with transforming their website to showcase their technical expertise in a minimalist and modern design.
According to the brief, the company wanted a clean, minimalist aesthetic that would convey professionalism while highlighting their innovative software solutions. The design needed to be modern, user-centric, and visually appealing, with a focus on clear communication and simplicity. The ultimate goals were:

To simplify the content structure, making it more digestible and user-friendly.
To enhance user experience (UX) by creating intuitive navigation and optimizing the site’s performance on both desktop and mobile devices.

The First Step
Before jumping into the design phase, I undertook the following steps:
Research & Discovery:
Analyzed the company's current branding and identified areas for improvement.
Investigated industry trends in software house websites to ensure the design was competitive and up-to-date.
Gathered insights from the target audience, understanding what they value in a service-oriented website.
User Persona & Journey Mapping:
Created user personas to understand the different types of visitors, including potential clients, business partners, and potential employees.
Mapped out the typical user journey to ensure that the landing page would effectively guide visitors to the right information, improving conversion chances.
Content Analysis:
Identified key sections of the existing site that required restructuring, such as services and testimonials.
Prioritized the most important information, such as service offerings, client feedback, and CTAs, ensuring that they were easily accessible.

The Challenge
The challenge in redesigning the PT. Dibuiltadi Teknologi Kreatif landing page was to balance the technical aspects of the business with an accessible and aesthetically pleasing design. The website's existing structure and design were outdated, cluttered, and lacked a modern look. As a software house, the company needed to reflect its innovation and creativity, but the original site did not communicate this effectively.
